Full-time Martial Arts Instructor (NOC 5254)
Job duties:
- Make plans for students' martial arts training activities and motivate the students to learn Chinese Kung Fu and make sure they know their curriculum requirement for different rank so students can progress to their next levels;
- Maintain and assemble equipments;
- Teach and perform Chinese Kung Fu for students;
- Call and make records and follow up with students' learning process in order to improve retention and reduce students' attrition;
- Communicate constantly with students' parents on their children's progress and development;
- Encourage the prospective students to join the Kung Fu training programs and let them know the benefits of joining Chinese Kung Fu training in order to increase the overall number of active students;
- Assist in other functions of the school's operation and carry out school projects, etc
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma;
- Fluently communicate in English and Mandarin;
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Be kind, caring and sensitive to people's needs;
- Previous martial arts knowledge and training are necessary;
