If you come from:
- New Westminster or Burnaby off Patullo Bridge, please turn left on the first traffic light at 128 Street into Bridgeview Drive. Then follow Bridgeview Drive till you see 115th Avenue. Our gym is on your right.
- East Surrey, take King George, turn right on 132th Street and then make a left at 115th Avenue. Our gym is on your left.
- North Delta on Scott Road, turn right on 110 Avenue and then follow the windy road (110 Avenue becomes 128 Street and Bridgeview Drive) past King George Highway to 115th Avenue. Make a right and our gym is on your right.
